O Gauge Modelling on the GWR

A personal Journey

Bradley Manor Tender

First image shows the bits and pieces of brass etch that are needed to make up the chassis and body along with all the detail parts.

Second all the parts that require riveting.

Third a look at the riveting press I use and there is something in the region of 350 rivets per side that need to be done. The way this is executed is by sticking included drawings on the back of each piece that show how the rivets there are and how they are arranged. I usually stick them on with PVA glue that is easy to remove after riveting.

The fourth image shows the pieces after riveting has been accomplished.

The next few pictures show how the tender body was put together.
